My last roll of film.

John Gerrard Fowler

This summer I have been, amongst other projects, experimenting with film and vintage cameras within the genre of postmodern street photography. The shots shown are almost entirely from my last roll of film (2 images from the second to last) before the exhibition deadline. I’m loving using traditional photography techniques with vintage equipment alongside modern digital post production methods. It’s very exciting trying to get a high ‘hit rate’ on one roll of film, composing in-camera and not cropping in post.
