Visit

Welcome!

Photo Fringe 2020 exists both online and in real-life venues across Brighton & Hove and along the coast from Rottingdean to Worthing.

Online

The online content at this website will run into 2021. It is best viewed on a desktop.

You can view over 180 exhibitions in our Exhibitions section. These can be searched by specific terms, or use the tags under each exhibition entry to filter selections and create your own trails.

Or follow our Curated Trails by invited guest curators.

Follow the festival on social media with #photofringe2020 and keep an eye on Instagram for our #photographyacts project.

In-venue

Real-life exhibitions are listed under the In-venue section. Operating within up-to-date social distancing guidelines, over 20 self-curated exhibitions, together with presentations of work curated from open call, are showing throughout October in galleries, pop-up venues and outdoor installations in Brighton & Hove and along the coast in Worthing.

COVID-19

All Photo Fringe and self-curated exhibition venues are following the latest Covid-19 guidelines.

At indoor exhibitions you will be asked to social distance, wear a face covering, hand sanitize and follow a one-way route.

You are likely to have to book ahead and you will need to provide details for Test and Trace.

Please be aware that opening times may have to change suddenly, so do check them in advance of your visit.
