Like an Iris

Iris Photography Collective

In this exhibition, members of the Iris Photography Collective explore a range of contemporary societal themes. Some have used the rhetoric of activism, others a more contemplative, reflective visual language, but all inspire us to think about the challenges that face us in today’s complex and divided society.

Artist biography

Iris Photography Collective is made up of eight photographers; all currently studying MA Photography at the University of Brighton.

The photographers are:

Lorraine Edridge, a photographic artist based in Brighton
Ali Tollervey, a photographer & film-maker based in Brighton,
Andy Lloyd, a photographic artist based in Brighton
Syl Ojalla, a fashion & fine art photographer, based in Brighton,
Hannah O’Hara, a photographic artist based in Brighton and
Elizabeth Doak, a photographic artist and educator, based in Eastbourne
